Pregnancy can bring about many physical and emotional challenges that can be made more manageable with a gentle yoga class.
Open to all levels, our nurturing pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for mums-to-be from 12 weeks and are designed to promote relaxation, strengthen the connection to your ever-changing body, relieve tension in the body and mind and strengthen birthing muscles.
Each week, the class will focus around a central prenatal theme, incorporating breath work and movement, aiming to empower women to deal with any discomfort brought on by pregnancy and gently encourage the opening of the pelvis.
Whether you're completely new to the practice or a committed yogi, yoga can play a key role in enhancing your precious pregnancy experience. So, allow yourself time to consciously explore and nurture your mother and baby connection in a trusted space while physically and emotionally preparing for childbirth and beyond.
