Edge & Flow Yoga invites you to carve out some time in your weekend just for you to indulge in the most idyllic kind of Saturday mornings. Let go of the working week and enjoy a 75 minute morning yoga session to awaken the body, followed by a deliciously nutritious brunch with your fellow yogis to set you up for a fruitful weekend.
Prepare for a deep and dynamic Vinyasa Flow practice, allowing you to find a few moments of inner peace and while you bask in your post-yoga glow, take in the beautiful manor house surroundings before refuelling with a post-yoga feast. We guarantee you will leave feeling refreshed, revived and very well-fed.
Hosted by yoga teacher and self-confessed foodie Rosie, Yoga Brunch is a combination of everything she holds close to her heart; yoga, chilled vibes, bringing people together and family-style food gatherings. The aim is to create a space where people can relax, stretch out, be themselves and get to know those who they share their most intimate times with on the mat.
The yoga class will be an all levels Vinyasa Flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis, there will always be options to deepen the pose.
