REFUNDS POLICY

 

YOGA CLASS Refunds Policy

Edge & Flow Yoga runs a no refunds policy on all classes, event tickets and experiences sold. If you have a query / feedback from an experience please email the events team at rosie@edgeandflowyoga.com

If you are attending an event and are unable to make it, you can pass this ticket on to a friend. If doing this, please email us at rosie@edgeandflowyoga.com to inform us so we can update the name on guest list. 

 

Locations:

Locations for events may be changed at any time. Every effort is made to keep to the original location announced, but due to the nature of events on occasions, the location may need to be moved. Should a location be moved you will be emailed as soon as possible.

 

 

GENERAL PRODUCTS RETURNS

Please fill the returns form included with your returned item.

Repack the item in its original packaging and over-sticker your address label with the Edge & Flow Yoga address stated on your delivery note.

 

RETURNS

Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep your Certificate of Postage safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.

Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).

On return, please fill out the returns note included with you purchase, and return it back to us enclosed with your goods.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Unfortunately we can’t offer compensation for the cost of returning any item.

If you return the Product for any other reason, for example you claim that the Product is defective or is not what you ordered, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Provided that the Product is defective or you have returned the Product within the 14 day returns period, We will refund the amount paid by you for the Product as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting. 

 

Exchanges

We can’t guarantee an exchange on any specific item. If we no longer have what you require in stock, we will contact you via email or phone, and you can pick something new.
